We are nearing day 100

Next week will mark another milestone for me in my recovery. I will celebrate 100 days post infusion. What a great opportunity to thank each of you for your words of encouragement and support. I will do my best to keep you up to date on all that is going on. Right now I am in a holding pattern until the PET Scan on February 28th. I have had a couple of Doctor visits and they have all gone well. My stamina is returning but I am a changed person in that I don't get all twisted inside like I used to. God surely needed to settle me down and this was one way of doing it. I get in now, I really get it.

This weekend we had a visit from Kayes Mom and stepfather and we sat around the dining table and looked back on the last two years and we each marveled at God's hand in pulling our lives together and making a way for us to see his handiwork. They say hindsight is 20/20 and I believe that to be true when we look back and see how miraculously things fall into place for us.

Matt is doing well at ECU and has found an apartment to live in next year. Dorm life was good but he wants to move on and he has earned that right by being so studious and personally responsible.

Ryan is beginning his final few months of high school. He is excited about playing baseball this year and what he does not know is his dad is more excited than he is about seeing him play baseball.

Kaye and I continue to ask for your prayers. She and I have both returned to work but somedays are better than others and depression can grip you and make you so uncertain of yourself. We are making progress.

God Bless you all
Tim

You are the man Tim! I know you are going to love watching Ryan playing this season. Soak in the sun and just enjoy sitting out side in the fresh air. We will keep thinking about you.
