2 down and 18 to go

Just wanted to drop you a quick update. Today was treatment #2 of 20 radiation treatments. I hope to finish by the end of July. Then some time off then a PET then hopefully a wave goodbye to radiation and Hodgkins!

The area being shot is my mid section, which includes my spleen because on initial diagnosis there was a spot found on my spleen but my doctor told me they are going below that are just to make sure they are ahead of anything that may start up but we know God is the great healer and I have claimed his healing and grace over this disease!

So far I have had Chemotherapy since September 05 thru November 06. Radiation from April o7 to July 07 and all kinds of CAT Scans, Mugga Scans, PFT tests, PET Scans, Bone Marrow Transplant, Steroids, Blood transfusions, Platelets transfusions, Bone Marrow Aspiration (Ouch the most painful of all tests) Needles galore (see one of my earlier posts about God using this to help me overcome my fear of needles) Needles now NO BOTHER bring it own!

I am still using ozygen on an as needed basis and it sure helps. Dr says that I may have some permanent lung capacity loss from the radiation but that comes with the radiation turf.

Many of you have continued to pray for me and I thank you. Please Please don't stop but Please include other people in your prayers that need a touch from God.

My beautiful Bride has one week left before she leaves her job so pray for her as she stays close by to me to help me if the radiation gets to be too much this month. So far things are going well and we continue to remain positive that God is in control of all situations.

God Bless you All
Tim
